Cumming, GA (May 2, 2025) – A single-vehicle accident occurred this morning on Highway 141 in Cumming, Georgia, when a vehicle lost control and struck a utility pole. The crash took place around 7:50 a.m. and involved a red Nissan Sentra.
Reports indicate that the driver of the Nissan Sentra was traveling northbound on Highway 141 when the vehicle suddenly swerved off the road, causing it to collide with a utility pole on the shoulder of the highway. The impact caused the utility pole to snap, and the car came to a stop near the pole.
The driver of the Nissan Sentra, a 31-year-old man, sustained injuries to his neck and back and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The man’s injuries are considered moderate but non-life-threatening. Thankfully, there were no passengers in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
The Cumming Police Department is investigating the cause of the crash.
